One of my coworkers came limping in to my office. She said that her foot was bothering her (pain 9 or 10) and that the doctors she had been seeing could not figure out what was going on or how to fix it. I asked her to tell me more. She said that her foot had been hurting since she broke a bone in her foot 25 years or so ago. I had talked to her previously about The Emotion Code and how it can help with physical ailments. She agreed to let me try and help.
We identified and released one Trapped Emotion that was lodged in her foot, grief, related to the unexpected death of her father shortly after she had broken her foot. After releasing this Trapped Emotion, I asked her what number her pain was at now. She happily reported there was no pain whatsoever. She walked around for a minute and was amazed that there was no pain when walking.
It has been 2 years now since that day and she goes hiking, walking, and jogging. She still reports no pain since that day. One Trapped Emotion released and 25 years of pain gone. That is the power of The Emotion Code.
